Multiplier Event was held for 14 participants in Vilnius. Intellectual products were introduced to the participants during the event. (Research Study, Allsoskilled learning program, Allsoskilled evaluation kit, Allsoskilled trainers’ manual, E-platform).
Inovacijų biuras (Innovation Office, Lithuania) organized Erasmus+ project AllSOskilled multiplier events for adults, adult educators, higher education institutions, business representatives and people who are interested in adult training methodology. Results of the project were presented for multiplying them in other organizations.
The event was part of the Erasmus + project „Adult Learners Social and Life Skills Enhancement Program for Increased Competitivity in 2020 Labour Market (AllSOskilled)“. Project #Allsoskilled was implemented in order to develop the soft skills of adults over the age of 35 (strengthening soft skills while raising their awareness on the importance of lifelong learning possibilities, thus increasing their motivation for improvement and enhancing their employability skills in the process).
