Piloting training was held about soft skills strengthening for 35+ aged adults in Kaunas (10 participants).The training was mostly focused to customer service training according to the AllSOskilled methodology with the aim to train excellent customer service specialists, ensuring the needs of the 21st century labor market, e-platform was introduced.
Inovacijų biuras (Innovation Office, Lithuania) organized Erasmus+ project AllSOskilled training sessions.
The event was part of the Erasmus + project „Adult Learners Social and Life Skills Enhancement Program for Increased Competitivity in 2020 Labour Market (AllSOskilled)“. Project #Allsoskilled was implemented in order to develop the soft skills of adults over the age of 35 (strengthening soft skills while raising their awareness on the importance of lifelong learning possibilities, thus increasing their motivation for improvement and enhancing their employability skills in the process).
